TheColoni is not a licensed real estate broker and does not provide legal, financial, or mortgage advice. All real estate transactions are facilitated through independently licensed agents and loan officers.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
